- Professional Semi-Custom Design - The design of the home page can be chosen by the client from a list of designs. The color scheme of the website can also be chosen by the client.
- MLS Integration - AgentXpressions will integrate the realtor's local (or preferred) Multiple Listing Service either by inserting the local MLS into a frame on the website or by integrating the MLS directly via IDX (if available).
- Custom About Me/About Us Page - The client will be able to add his/her own text and custom photo on the About Me portion of the website.
- Client Testimonials - The client will be able to add his/her own client testimonials to the About Me portion of the website.
- Custom Area Info Page - The client will be able to add his/her own text and links to the Area Info portion of the website.
- View My Listings Page - AgentXpressions will use MLS Integration to create a page that always shows the realtor's current listings.
- Featured Properties Page - Allows the Realtor to select which listings to display.
- Custom Menu Links - The client may specify which external websites certain menu items will go to when clicked.
- Customizable Pages - The client can edit the content on his custom pages at any time.
- Blogging - Allows the client to write informative articles or essays on the state of real estate in the area.
- Google Maps Integration - Displays the location of properties on a map (where available).

- Mortgage Calculator - A mortgage calculator will be provided (from mortgage101.com) for the site.
- Current Mortgage Rates - Current mortgage rates will be provided (from mortgage101.com) for the site.
- Contact Form - A contact form is provided so that web visitors will be able to send email to the client directly from the website.
- Home Evaluation Request Form - This is another contact form that allows a web visitor to ask the realtor to do a Comparative Market Analysis on their home.
- Website Hosting - AgentXpressions will handle the installation of the website on one of our hosting provider's servers.
- Domain Registration/Transfer - AgentXpressions will purchase and register your domain name or transfer from your current hosting provider if you already own one.
- Minor Updates and Changes - Minor changes are usually text changes or swapping out a photo here and there. You will not be charged for these minor changes, as that is taken care of in part by the $39 monthly fee. Additional changes we deem to be more than "minor" will be charged at an hourly rate.1
- Search Engine Submission - AgentXpressions will submit the client's website to various search engines, however search engine placement is not guaranteed.2
- Email Accounts - Our hosting provider can provide up to 1000 email accounts for the client. This includes spam, fraud & virus protection, WebMail, and 10 MB storage space.
